The story from the first post was wrong. Nothing was sent to GEDmatch. The writer of the article made a mistake.

Exactly! Vallejo has one guy working when he has time from other cases that happen almost every day. Paul Holes had five or six others helping him every day for many months. Once they narrowed it down to JD, they then had to watch him and get a DNA sample from him to compare to what they had.
For example, today I was searching for only "two" people who I believe may be my stalker? I started at 6am this morning nonstop, except for one 10min break to eat lunch. One had a sister who died Sept 26th 1969 and a father whose birthday was Dec 18th 1920. That took me almost 13 hrs to find that! Can you imagine when you don’t have a name?
In one of the families I looked at, there were five with the same name, it is not as easy as some of you may think! When I do my searching, I do look for some dates that match up to the Zodiac murders. Like divorces which are many times a stressor for serial killers. I found one divorce in Nov.1968 another in Napa Oct 1968 with a name I have as a good potential suspect who lived in Napa and worked in Vallejo late 60’s. One left for San Diego when the letters stopped and came back when Z wrote "I am back" letter, that many believe was a copycat. Another had a teenage son age "14" who died Sept 27th 1964.
Sept 27th could very well be an important date for Zodiac. His costume was personal to him and nothing to do with the Mikado is what I believe. That was his creation for his sick fantasy.

I have not seen him for about a yr and a half, but still receive strange calls from time to time like a recording saying"Goodbye"! He once told me he had three others connected to him. This past Oct 5th, 2020 "someone" left me a clump of bloody human hair! I have not received any more letters or notes since the "Hi Poolie" letter about 10 yrs ago giving me a clue to two victims. One being Jenny Lin 1994 in Castro Valley Ca., the other Deena Hooper 1974 Vallejo.
The bloody hair was not cut with scissors it was cut with perhaps a knife? It was a jagged cut, the clump was about 3 and a half inches long and one inch wide. The police wanted it so they have it now. Along with a copy of the picture I took of him on Aug, 10th 1990. The investigator told me he would show other officers that picture to see if he can get his name.
I do not believe in too many coincidences, I read a report from Darlene’s other sister Linda. She described the man who was following Darlene as having a half-frozen face.
I have been posting for many yrs, that my suspect who says he is Zodiac as having a slightly paralyzed face on one side of his face, Is that not the same thing Linda said but in other wording? ( I hope I am not repeating myself? )
He wears tinted glasses, so she didn’t notice that he also has a lazy eye on the side that is paralyzed. ( DOJ said Zodiac has a lazy eye!) If it weren’t for him planting his costume in my car right after the Lake B stabbings and my clothesline stollen that summer, I would not believe I have Zodiac as my playful stalker. I would think it is just some crazy guy!
I met someone who said he knew the guy in my picture as Tony aka Anthony. That he had worked at construction in Benicia and lived there before moving to Antioch. Months after him telling me that, he said that Tony’s girlfriend told him he died from crocuses of the liver. Tony use to beat her real bad all the time! The person who said all of this was an ex-felon, not sure if Tony told him to say that or not? ( Birds of a feather flock together ) I looked for an obituary with the name Anthony or Tony and there wasn’t one in CC County with the correct age which would be about 80 yrs old give or take a yr or so. He wouldn’t show me where the girlfriend lived, so I could ask her Tony’s last name. Something smells with his story!

"crocuses of the liver"? Damn…that sounds worse than cirrhosis of the liver…
Hmm….should Sandy find some crocuses and liver on her doorstep, in her yard or around her car in the near future, that would be a sure sign that her stalker is alive and reading here!
It would be great if Sandy could find the person who gave her the above information. Have they seen Tony since? Any more information about him?
He certainly sounds like an evil person and it is amazing to think he could have escaped arrest for at least one of his crimes.
