With Cypher Zero’s name exposed to the mass of Entertainment Industry producers and moguls able to access his biography, which exposed his entire background as a student of the Elan School, and his use of Aliases – Sebastian Perluna and Sebastian Dupree, he would become an icon of the criminal element of the Israeli Cabal that was exploiting the Industry and planning the coordination of the shift to form a Satanic/Talmudic theme behind their productions. This “limited hangout” in Burlington, VT would become their base to use Socialist Democratic rifts to cast the tone behind some of their “protests”, and it would be seen to have been a catalyst for a number of other affairs in the local regions as they slowly spread their “revolutionary” themes to lure others to do their bidding.
Other entertainers would be bitten by their bug, and fall prey to a number of exploits which had no true impression other than leaving their audiences reeling from the discoveries that were being made concerning their affairs.
By the time that the Tinsley Letters were dropped in Indianapolis, they were well underway in planning out the creation of a following for their Netflix specials like Making a Murderer, which erased the existence of the Sikikey Letter. The shows were used in part to sensationalize the crimes that were committed in the past by a man that was once part and parcel to the Wet Work Operations of the CIA, developing their moniker killings across the country, and into others with the intention of leaving behind their mark.
In the aftermath of these murder sprees, investigators would see a number of “copycats” that seemed to be enfatuated with these types of lifestyles molded around the media’s spins, sensationalizing their murders for their audience, causing people to want to emulate the acts they saw.
They would plan to implicate Miller, Avery and Dassey, and threaten the FBI about having targeted a high ranking US Attorney, while in the meantime the local Government in Indiana and Wisconsin would step in to begin to take control over their cold cases, slowly erasing any chance for the accused to gain their freedom, as these letters were so blatantly off-base in their statements in relation to the crimes, that they looked like fools for using them to implicate people that were of lower IQ’s, as a clear sign they were willing to railroad anyone for these crimes. The media would have a field day with the semantics alone in these cases, but it didn’t change anything as Miller eventually would die in Prison before his appeals could be heard on this new evidence.
On the date of the Tom Wales Assassination in 2005, a discussion board topic would spark the attention of Cypher Zero, hosted in part by John Cameron. In his passing through into the next phase of his plans, he would tell everyone that he was “returning to his old ways”. He would leave a poetic riddle behind as well that threatened anyone that would be intelligent enough to break his code down. “Fore if you have my number, You will enter a permanent slumber.”
The cipher itself would then be later posted with a code the day before the Teresa Halbach disappearance, on Oct. 30th, 2005. It would feature a series of repeating patterns of numbers that varied slightly and used both the +/-/= symbols as spacers and a few numbers that would generate a false allure, like the date 2005 at the end.
In the examination of the strand of numbers alone, a simple Frequency of Occurence program on Dcode.fr would deliver the winning break. It would expose the phone number of his location in Burlington, VT behind in his cipher. This “Long Code” would be designed to replicate the Ricky McCormick cipher almost exactly, which was well known to have been planted in his pocket after he was killed in a Drug Dealing Terf War between locals and the CIA’s Wet Work Agents.
9435620817 would be the order of the predominant uses of the numbers, and assessing the results, a simple recognition of the Area Code in Vermont of 802 would give away the location almost immediately with a “Quagmire” added. The suffix with the number 17 would easily translate to the letter Q creating a “break” in the number strand.
94356208|17 would yield a resulting transposition read backwards as 802-653-4971……802-653 is an Area Code and Prefix for Burlington, VT and Winooski, VT. The exact locations mentioned in the Fallen Angel Letters. The Radio Bean would be mentioned as the location. “Fore thee who break ith thee code. Will be led to my humble la bode.” “La Bode” is a spin-off of the word “Abode” and a shortened version of La Bodega – A corner shop.
His apartment would be found upstairs above the Cafe he established in 2000. Cypher Zero had no problem decorating his cipher with his number, and maintaining his cover as the owner, going by the Alias – Lee Anderson. Anyone that would suspect this location would be amazed at the shelter that was given him by the locals, and be thrown off by the charming atmosphere that was creatively decorated, along with a Red and Black exterior paint job, forming the basis for a Satanic Cabal’s hangout with an Urban/Anarchist feel to it that would be mimicked exactly in Seattle at their western location called Bedlam.
On the map it would sit along a completely horizontal line in between the two, in a seemingly perfectly symmetrical layout of their plan to form an ethos behind their illusions that would be spotted by other Agents that they coordinated with through border locations near International Airports in Vancouver and Montreal.
The use of the specifically designed phrases in the Fallen Angel Letters would host their own inflections, and confirm this was in fact their plan, coordinating their attacks through locations in Canada via Israel, sending their Agents to these locations to be briefed on their targets, arranged by Cypher Zero – their ringleader.

Note – the vertical read of these stennos begins with the letters AGAACTA – a Genetic Strand of Codons, reminiscient of the TTAAAGT found encrypted in the Amerithrax Letters in the use of the moniker “Crooked Z”.
He is mentioning this because he is responsible for the creation of the Amerithrax Letters as their author and courier, as seen in his name hidden within one of the letters.
As the Long Code was formed to clue everyone in on a True Crime forum that they were engaging in new targeted attacks, the author would use the cipher to intimidate and threaten the audience into believing there was a Serial Killer on the loose, and in the number of riddles he left from October 11th to October 30th, he left a very cryptic tone which alerted people researching a number of older “Zodiac” crimes on a discussion board.
It was made to appear as if the shadowy figure of the Zodiac had returned, or that someone was acting as if he was the Zodiac, while at the same time revealing where he was stationed in Burlington, VT in secret.
While they were well underway planning out their affairs in Indianapolis, the letters were used to deliver the signature of a suspect that they chose to implicate as he was mildly retarded, and easily succumbed to the prosecution’s demands for a guilty plea, as his name was on the letter directly, or so they were made to believe from the letters appearing with a used condom with his semen as evidence.
In the case of this letter which had no envelope, the USPIS was never informed, and the letter was read and a call was made to the Manitowoc Sheriff’s Office to take a copy for their evidence. Believing this was handled appropriately there was no record of it sent to the attention of Postal Inspectors, and it went overlooked as it was filed in the evidence of the investigation of the local Law Enforcement agency that had jurisdiction over the case. I can only speculate as to why this was never presented to a Federal Agency to investigate, at least to research where it was sent from and if someone knew who it was created by.
These letters showed everything that was being arranged, and were also able to provide crucial evidence that would show their next plan was the targeting of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. These crimes could have been stopped if there was a professional group of Cryptographers that was engaging in this kind of research. It is one of the reasons that I later joined the American Cryptogram Association, so as to be able to achieve a status as one of the best in this field, and help solve cases that required a deeper insight into these affairs.
Everyone that saw the Netflix Special “Making a Murderer” never knew that there was a letter that was found on the Green Bay Post Office Sorting Room’s Conveyor Belt. Postal Workers were alerted a while before about suspicious letters, and the USPIS was well underway investigating the Amerithrax and Fallen Angel Letters.
The letter was never mentioned in either of the extensive seasons of research into the crimes, and for whatever reason when it was brought to trial, the arguments saw it removed from the official evidence presented at the trial. The judge even mentioned that it seemed “Cryptic” and also mentioned that it was probably written by someone that had a degree of illiteracy.
As anyone can read, the signature of this letter was SIKIKEY.
And as you can see from this comparison, the same word is sounded out on the position of the star Arcturus in the Z340 Cipher of the Zodiac where the signature is shown. The author had taken his time in specifically creating recognizeable traits of the famous unsolved cipher to allude to it’s design, carrying on with the branding of his own specific type of interpretation, concealing the word KITE in the word SIKIKEY. It would serve as a visually descriptive KEY with a numerical twist to it, as a path cipher was drawn through it connecting all of the letters that were made to appear as if numbers.
The letter wasn’t even legible in the spelling of most of the words, so it also appeared as if the use of these types of phonetically sounded words was masking the true reason that they were misspelled, over exemplifying their intentional use, creating an illusion of a person that was of a sub-standard level of education in their use of grammar.
This would clearly be the mark of an intelligent person that was intentionally adding traits that were used to create a false profile of a person in order to deceive authorities. The word Avery would appear on the other side of the note, as if read – MANITOWOC SHERIFF – AVERY, addressing the case as if it was an investigation.
The contradiction in the use of these symbolic traits though, like KITE, would show that it could not have been someone from inside of a Prison, or someone that knew how to create ciphers affiliated with a Gang. The penstrokes are focused in these locations where steganographic hints are found, whereas where there are none to consider, there is a more fluent use of the pen in a sloppy fashion.
It would seem to address the case that was built and was made at the same exact time when literally nobody was aware the investigation was taking off, therefore it can only be interpreted as being prepared specifically to coordinate with the actions that it triggered.
These traits were found to have been developed as a form of deception of the mind, in order to create confusion from the attempt to interpret the meaning of the words, as they were all fairly bastardized. Even people with lower IQ’s are able to pronounce and spell most words correctly with only a few errors, as seen by the examination of Steven Avery’s handwriting as it is not anywhere near as degraded, so the author of the letter could not possibly be from Avery himself, as some suspected.
The first main thing that was seen in the letter was the title being addressed to the Sheriff’s directly. They should have taken consideration of the time line of events and how something like this appeared so quickly during their investigation, where only a few people would have had any knowledge of it.
This is also the first sign of a technical cipher being included in the design of the layout of the word selection and letter positioning, in relation to the interpretations of the intentional alterations of the spelling and the addition of double scored letters, which was also seen in the Amerithrax Letters when drawing a “Crooked Z” through the page.
In the use of the word SHERIFF would be the obvious appearance of the number 5, rotated to the right.
Reading through the letters in comparison next to one another you see that the Tinsley and the Sikikey also have specific alterations added in the same locations on the page. These are highlighted with the use of a matching K/T combination in both vertical and horizontal configurations, and with the first line of the Tinsley having a sort of greeting added with an attention grabbing HI HOO, the word SAME is also scored-through in the Tinsley as it is on the Sikikey in the same exact place.
These are also very much intentional in their design, as the read of them in the Sikikey Letter will deliver the word LA-BOD, as in how the Long Code specifically mentioned the phrase “La Bode”, in relation to both his Abode and his Bodega being in the same location.
All of these specific alterations were telltale descriptors which would build the case for the identification of the suspect responsible for planting these letters, exactly at the time when there would be an ongoing investigation brooding around pivotal cases that would have more likely have been attributed to a Cult or a Cabal that took part in them, having ritualistic undertones.
As these investigations were deemed “Cold Cases”, naturally the people responsible for them would not come forward so easily and reveal their identities in the face-value statements of the letters. And they would be more likely to want to skew the narratives behind these events with even more confusion, as a game being played with investigators.
There are a number of strange affairs that are mentioned on the cover of each of these letters, in which each of them has revealed a secondary layering of encrypted phrases that were concealed and addressed to Law Enforcement Agencies.
As the discovery of a group of subversives was being managed by a person calling himself Cypher Zero, it became apparent that they had planned a number of different affairs to take place surrounding trials of innocent men.
In one of the Tinsley Letters, there were signs that it had been secretly addressed to Sheriff Joe Arpaio of MCSO in Phoenix. His name would be used twice to conceal a series of phrases, which when extracted would show signs that they were planning to entrap and incarcerate Bryan Patrick Miller in the murder of Brandy Myers.
This letter’s phrases were clear….. I BEEN – I AM MKILL AREON (Woldow) – THE HINT
And in a second examination of these phrases, concealed in practically the same locations in the letter were the phrases – ABOUT THIS – HERE IS FOR SHEREIF – IS IN ARISONA
The oddity behind this cipher would be that it read on the main page that he had planted some bombs in the house of a person in Indianapolis where he left the letters, but why would someone claim responsibility for the Tinsley murder and claim they were John Miller, and then threaten to blow up someone’s home if they didn’t report this to the TV, News, or Police. It was drafted in the same context as a Zodiac Letter was, taunting police with threats.
Now that same letter being filled with specifics about the affairs taking place in Arizona, and directed to Sheriff Joe Arpaio, would detail the exact plans they wanted to see hatched in the investigation of Brandy Myers, with the addition of more personal information about Bryan Patrick Miller that only he would know, AND also list his full name in the phrases that were encrypted in the final Tinsley Letter.
This letter was shorter, and would have a double-scored line under it, matching with the previous letter I showed. Therefore the same techniques were used to reveal phrases that related to one another, and differed from the contents of the plaintext read of the letter itself.
In fact the two segments about THE PLAN they said he had drafted up to implicate Miller, using a rape fantasy sounded almost exactly like the fantasies that they used against Avery and Dassey in their trials, which differed completely from the actual evidence in the case. They are designed in the same fashion as one another, relying on the use of a “crossword” technique…a very simple pair of concealed phrases.
It was made into a common theme that authorities had fabricated against them all. Indianapolis’ John Miller, Manitowoc’s Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey, and now they were planning to target Bryan Patrick Miller in Arizona with the same scripted narratives as seen in these letters.
The concealment of the phrases is shown – I HAVE PLAN – POETRI IN PAPER and SAME PERSON KINAPPED AND RAPE MYERS – bringing attention to a very old cold case of the same kind as in the April Tinsley investigation, except they didn’t find Myers’ remains.
The final letter was shown to produce a vertically oriented read of the name – BHRIEN PTRICK MILLER – who throughout his trial in the accusations made against him in the Phoenix Canal Killings, was also thought to have been the person that abducted Myers, as well as another named Diana Vicari in Tucson, with authorities using the media to sensationalize their suspicions and draw up emotional sympathies from the victim’s parents, further sealing their trial under the intention of closing these cases together, as they were once committed by the same person that had murdered April Tinsley in Indianapolis.
It was obvious that these patterns of killings never occured to them to look into the notorious past of this well-known Satanic and Politically-sponsored cult, while they dressed a profile of a local person of interest, following the letters’ exact instructions.
But nobody saw them hidden inside of the letters other than Law Enforcement.
These letters were designed to imitate the Zodiac Letters, because the suspect that authored them was recruited as an Agent of their cabal and took the lead in forging false accusations against people who would take the fall for their older ringleader, Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, who was very much alive at this period in time, and was living under the pseudonym “Forrest Fenn”.
These letters were designed ultimately to terrorize areas where they were moving in their drug dealing apparatus, and at the same time were made to be used by Law Enforcement to corral masses of people into media spins, used to convince the public of an accused’s guilt before they had even made it to a trial.
The outrage it caused in some circles then being used to capitalize on it all, with the use of Netflix’s forums and the making of a film docuseries about it that would omit any recognition of any of these elements being present, and held as if the gospel to the followers of their online cults generating millions for them and the Trial Lawyers that played along with the spiels, never once bringing them to the attention of authorites in their defense of innocent men.
With these Tinsley Letters manifesting information about all of the planning that was coordinated between this Agent and the Law Enforcement Agencies, to implicate suspects around the country, in order to get them to close the book on the cult killings that had taking place in the past, the Sikikey Letter would also relay information about a more detailed array of plans to come in the future.
Moving into the examination of the marks found on the letter’s main body, you would find them to be compelling, as the judge that presided over the Avery case had seen the letter as one of the preliminary pieces of evidence that was reviewed in the pre-trial evidentiary hearing, and called it “Cryptic”.
They argued it out of court, but it was clearly a piece of evidence that held important information about the probable cause that Law Enforcement used to expand their search, even after finding nothing in the Aluminum Smelter on the Salvage Yard property.
After that turned up empty, they arranged for a number of out-of-place events to take place, including removing the Chief Forensics Officer from the crime scene, as evidence was planted step-by-step in the creation of a larger fiasco that is still being argued about in court today.
Noticing that the letter was addressed to the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office (not to be confused with the MCSO of Arizona), it would then list the word AVERY as well on the sheet of paper.
It was noted that the paper was an abnormally larger piece than was standard in the US, and had no envelope. It was recorded in the files as being something that the Postal Service had been trained to look for after the Amerithrax and Fallen Angel Letters, so they saw it related to a recent investigation that had been taking place in the disappearance of Teresa Halbach.
This expands from here to develop a long series of variables that are made from the instruction in the context of the letter. The numbers were not the only thing that was mentioned as being hidden…… A BI-literal cipher was made of the letter’s text, revealing the motives behind this massive distraction of law enforcement.
Using the count of 5 letters, a Biliteral Cipher (created by Francis Bacon in the 1600’s) is one of the oldest types of ciphers. It harnesses the use of the Capitalized and Lower Case letters in the body of text, and assigns them a letter A or B. The pattern that each of the 5 letter sequences has is then keyed through a template that assigns a letter for each. According to their size in comparison with the others in the bunch they are segregated and studied. This is why the body of text appears to have different sized letters throughout as a trait.
The inflection is intentional as the reveal of the phrases in the standard examination would show – CIA HUB.
Taking the initiative to produce a second segregation from the shift mentioned to the 3rd letter, the new Biliteral layout will produce the phrase – FRB AGR/S HELT (Francis Bacon Agrees Hell To Pay)
The use of these two double-scored letters BI and DE was a key, as it would assign positions of the
two Biliteral segements, but it also would be used to form a more complex break relating to the use of the signature SIKIKEY – read as 5 IS THE KEY.
The use of these descriptors together would produce the final reveal exposing the largest array of details from the case made against Bryan Patrick Miller, and described in detail events that transpired during the notorious Canal Killings in 1992 and 1993.
These events were said to have been some of the most gruesome of the murders that had been investigated in the past, and without any clear evidence to tie all of them together with the abduction of Brandy Myers and Diana Vicari, investigators initially thought the crimes were from different people, as one was some distance away in Tucson.
They later tried to form the idea around both Brosso and Bernas’ deaths being from the same killer, as they were dressed in a bathing suit and were both sexually assaulted. They tried to then tie the others into these murders, but there were a number of inconsistencies with them. One of the bodies had been marked with a knife leaving a Cross and the letters WSC – which stood for an LA Gang called the West Side Crips.
The idea that a person was dismembering people after sexually assaulting them and murdering them, as well as the carvings being of a Satanic undertone, did not fit with the idea that a Gang Member had killed them all in different locations, but Police for some reason had forced the suspicion on their person of interest, and tried to later confirm their bias of suspicion with the coordinated effort to extract his DNA illegally, without the Court’s Warrant under any conditional use of their Probable Cause laws in place.
They instead hosted an interview that would produce a sample of DNA from him, and then later claimed they had gained confirmation that his DNA matched a trace from the bodies, except that one of the bodies was floating in the canal when found, and generally cannot produce a legitimate sample. The police tried then to set a precedent outside of official laboratory proceedures used to identify a suspect, and used a Genetic Archive that was created to trace ancestry to a specific family lineage.
The confusion in this process allowed them to sensationalize their discovery as if it was something that had to be done to solve the case, even though all they had to do was prove Probable Cause to gain a legitimate sample. They wanted to sensationalize the fact they had moved outside of official proceedures to justify their illegal actions, and perform this test outside of official avenues of oversight as they intended to conceal their intention to work in secret to generate suspicions that would be countered by the forensic evidence on hand at the time.
Having been instructed by the Sheriff’s Office at that time in some fashion, the previous ciphers show that the notorious Sheriff Joe Arpaio was the intended recipient of the messages from this plan in the Tinsley Letters. By then he was more than likely well aware of the other cases taking place as well and MCSO waited for some time while their window of opportunity arrived in a timely fashion. By then the media had driven a frienzy around Avery and Dassey, and word spread there were criminal acts perpetrated by the Police in the planting of evidence, causing an alarm.
The pattern would continue as there was literally no oversight of judicial proceedure in these cases, even throughout the trials that saw a number of different schemes hatched to conceal evidence, which allowed the statements in the letters to be erased from the official records, and no cross examination of the actions of the officers was allowed based on their use of the information to search property under the suspicion of foul play.
The pattern in the letters would also expand on their planning stages, with the use of the body of text in a confinement of 5 letters, and adding a repetition of the plaintext of the letter, the addition of a secondary block of text in their full read.
This would be the addition of a “Round” to “Bide” your time with…..a very sublte inflection that the author never expected the public to be able to identify. This would show that the expansion of the base ciphertext of the 5 letter long blocks would be used to create a more definitive description of events that culminated with the extraction of smaller blocks to form the stennos, or shortened and abbreviated phrases, in the same fashion as Francis Bacon had once developed in his encryption of ciphers in the Folios, harnessing their anagrams to produce variable reads from the use of the same set of letters that shared a common letter occurence.
Noticing this layout and studying it in a graph paper block would derive the information that was the most revealing of all the ciphers so far. Each is relayed in this breakdown with key information in three main sections plus the initial first lines as a header.

With this full description of events in regards to the charges that were brought against Bryan Patrick Miller, they also detail the locations where the missing body of Diana Vicari was taken after her arms were severed from her body, and dumped in a trash can, and also details the use of an “Arts Van” to abduct Brandy Myers.
There is clear evidence that a ploy was hatched through the use of a series of letters to railroad him for these crimes along with the other innocent men. It is even suspected that some form of internal affair had taken place to relay this information to one of the Detectives to inform him of the suspect, as there was never really any key information in the beginning of their investigations to lead to him as a person of interest, and he was known to be a friendly person that had been interested in horror film/zombie themes having been known in the area locally as the “Zombie Killer”…..a Steampunk persona that he costumed for a number of local events and conventions in the region.
The use of the media in these cases should also be noted to have taken it’s toll, driving fear and suspicion around these cases in the manners in which Law Enforcement were reaching to lengths to generate support for their cause in the face of even more corrupt scandals.
The Defense Attorneys handling his case are well informed now, and it stands that this evidence is set to be used to expose the ploy hatched to plant DNA evidence in some fashion, and use their private labs for the expressed purpose of working around the FBI’s data bases, of which a number of samples were collected and archived from previous murders of this same type of case, involving brutal satanic/ritualistic murders.
As you can see this cipher contained a confession, and had it’s origins in a previously known letter of the “Zodiac Killer”, who had clearly used it to conduct attacks in Arizona in the past. It was just by chance that I looked back to these cases to find the information that was used to later target the 4 girls after they had murdered Bob Crane in Scottsdale.
To date the Arizona Republic Newspaper has interviewed me in this famous case and escalated the information to the level of a Features Article, but as the trial of Miller had been flooding their newsroom, they hesitated to release the information, and instead I was left with having to do this work as an independent investigative journalist would, with online publications and use of Social Media to archive the research.
To date it has caused a number of individuals to change their stories in relation to Miller’s case, as they are realizing that there was clearly a massive affair taking place that was being used to set a precedent in other cases around the country, and showed law enforcement agencies were willing to conceal information, in order to convict someone that would fit their intended outcomes in trials that were orchestrated to suit their narratives which the media carried for so long.
This 1978 Zodiac Letter would reveal a side to it that would remain as an unverified suspicion, in which the people mentioned in it were not even aware that they were being targeted as future targets of this cult, and nobody would ever think that something this sinister had influence in these cases, until the patterns were highlighted to reveal the shape of a canal, and the mention of the need for Scuba Gear to search for evidence.
These “Non-Zodiac” Crimes were just that……a non-entity that had no verified evidence to compare them to, and no way to confirm they were authentic correspondences between members of their Government-sponsored Cult written to their operatives in a Cabal. In each letter from 2003 to 2006 were signs and steganos that revealed even more than before in any of these cases.
It is a miracle that this type of information was found so quickly in order to be able to intercede in these cases, as Miller is on Death Row and has been awaiting his first appeal. He will surely be found innocent, now that this is all in the spotlight.
