Exactly, this video is an example of a good unbiased detective, brought in from the outside.

In this youtube video, Patsy Ramsey is fingered as the author of the ransom letter, but as we have seen in the Z case, there are a bunch of similarities in some people to questioned writing. As we have debated and discussed, writing is not an exact science. The Video also includes one Detective’s opinion of how things went down, and how patsy was likely the killer. Hearing him spout off about his theory of how Patsy ruthlessly killed JonBenet is difficult to listen to. Mother’s natural instincts are to love and protect their Kids, and although Mothers do sometimes kill their Children, it’s rare.

While Writing is not an exact science, DNA is. And DNA exonerates the Ramsey Family. DNA found on JB’s underwear, and under her fingernails does NOT belong to any of the Ramseys.

Male DNA Under Fingernails
Findings. "The coroner took nail clippings from JonBenet. Male DNA was found under JonBenet’s right hand fingernail that does not match that of any Ramsey. (SMF P 174; PSMF P 174.) Defendants also assert that male DNA was found under JonBenet’s left hand fingernail, which also does not match that of any Ramsey. (SMF P 173.)" (Carnes 2003:22). This is consistent with Internet poster Margoo’s screen capture showing a "mix" of DNA only 3 of the 13 DNA samples submitted: #7 Bloodstains from panties; #14L, #14M Right and Left hand fingernails from JonBenet Ramsey.
"Defensive Flesh." Internet poster Mame has asserted that Lou Smit told her there was "defensive flesh" found under JBR’s fingernails (his term). Internet poster Evening2 disagrees and believes that "When Lou Smit referred to JonBenet "getting a piece of her killer", he wasn’t talking about flesh, just that "his" DNA was there, that’s all."

Male DNA in Underwear
Findings
Male DNA Found. "In addition, male DNA was found in JonBenet’s underwear that does not match that of any Ramsey and has not yet been sourced. (SMF PP 175, 178; PSMF PP 175, 178.)" (Carnes 2003:22).
No Match Found to Date. "The Boulder Police Department has yet to identify the male whose DNA was found at the crime scene. (SMF P 177; PSMF P 177.)" (Carnes 2003:22).
Saliva? According to Internet poster Margoo, Lin Wood reported in a chat session that the DNA in the underwear "probably" was saliva. Several news sources also have suggested the male DNA was from saliva, including Denver Post, People’s Daily Online and Taipei Times

The DNA issue with JBR is dicey. The clippers used had not been cleaned after being used on many other bodies. It takes a bit of digging to learn that, but sadly it is an inconvenient truth. The case was handled initially by a bunch of ill experienced detectives and MEs who were more interested in being home at Christmas than responding to the scene. The case will forever be bungled bc of how poorly the crime scene and JBRs body were handled by the responding authorities… And even ME after who couldn’t seem to clean his damn fingernail clippers when collecting evidence for JBRs kit.

Check out detective Linda Arndt’s opinion – the woman the entire department maligned bc of their own incompetence. Also an electronic analysis of the ransom note is clipped at the end of this video.

I completely agree! If only Riverside PD had brought in somebody like this in Cheri’s case

Linda Arndt(besides those scary looking unblinking eyes ) is a big part of the problems with this case. She should have brought those people in that house into a single room, and NOT allowed them to move. NOT allowed them to travel through the house and contaminate the crime scene. Then when she called about this missing child, and was told "sorry can’t make it yet, we are in a meeting" absolutely sucks if true-imagine if that was your child.

Case is not helped by the fact in the days before the murder, the Ramseys opened up their home to the public for a Christmas open house, dozens of strangers may have come in. Potential thieves casing the home, as well as pedophiles, etc, who knows who came into that house.

Linda tried her damndest to keep everyone in the same area. She was overwhelmed and the only person there to try and control a huge crime scene and group of people. The fault lies in BPD for not responding with more officers and getting into more serious contact with the FBI. Linda was just doing best she could while waiting for backup that never came. BPD and Boulder had never really had a murder case before, let alone a child ransom case that ended in homicide. Sure, Linda could have secured the scene better and practiced more professionalism, but she was one woman with one gun in a room full of POIs with no back up. I wonder what fear/anxiety she must of had. Just putting myself in her shoes. Still doesn’t excuse that she let John go downstairs with Fleet … I do take her account of what happened that morning to heart though regardless of some broken protocol.

This case upsets me so much that I don’t even like to reply to posts about it. But I have to ask you to please show me the police report that states JBR had signs of previous sexual abuse. Didn’t you read that in one of those rag magazines?

The DA will reopen the Ramsey case and test the DNA, One juror said he saw secret info at the grand jury inquiry and said he thinks he knows who did it, but wouldn’t say. Most people say the old DA protected the Ramsey’s, and it was either someone inside the house or the intruder thru the basement window. The man who dressed up as Santa Claus was a suspect, the stun gun marks, sexual abuse, ranson notes were mentioned.

The tenor of the recent news articles and the anonymous juror’s testimonial, gives me the impression that they’re gunning for Burke.
