most of the time it’s because either your browser is blocking third party cookies or you’re using ghostery, ad-aware, etc and some critical component of the site is being blocked.

I do have an "etc/hosts" list a mile long setting all ad-servers to loopback. I do use an ad-blocker. I don’t accept third-party cookies. I don’t use Adobe Flash.
And I’m not changing any of that. Every single site on the entirety of the internet works fine for me, except here. Which did work fine, until recently.
The problem is not on my end.

Mac+Mozilla+NoCookiesAllowed is probably not such a good idea, if used like that. However, maybe the links above could help. One should be aware that a repeated check as ‘is user logged in?’ might be part of a security mechanism (which wouldn’t work without cookies).

I got logged off a few times today, too. It seems to happen on random occasions.
I have had the same issue before. Mostly on my work computer. It was inexplicable but temporary. I never discovered what caused it. I would clear cookies,flush my IP,and it would happen,then go away after a day or so. It has not happened to me in a while.

only happens to me on my android phone… works fine here on my macbook.
I only seem to get the login problem when I click the "view the newest post" link in the topic reply notification emails. To get around it, I’ve been clicking "view the topic" (the 2nd link in the email) and then clicking the link to the last page of the topic.
