My criminology class just started and this was a recommended documentary. I have only watched the first episode and am already disgusted.

I just finished watching the whole series…wow…just wow!

To me, nothing is more alarming then the evidence box seal being broken, along with the contents inside……there’s simply no logical explanation for that other than a setup

How was B Dasseys testimony allowed after what his POS Attorny Len Kachinsky did to him?
And how does a judge allow a minor w a Learning Disability for him to be tried under those circumstances

I just started watching this based on this thread. It wasn’t what I expected. I thought it was going to be about a guy who was convicted for murder because he was a scumbag, and then he got off only to commit more murders . As of the third episode, I’m not sure what to think.

There is stuff that the movie makers left out of this which makes me think….maybe he could be guilty, or maybe they framed him, and in actuality, he did kill her.

For exampled, he had called her several times, and asked specifically for her to come out. Sometimes, he used other Family member’s names as the caller, and even tried to block some calls with *67 He once answered the door to her wearing only a towel.She was very uncomfortable with this and told people about it.

Who disclosed this information? I often wonder why women carry on with situations they are uncomfortable with…trust those instincts!

Still, no blood, not one piece of her DNA, no hair, no prints. ?? Not even DNA on her own key? Just that one bullet. Still makes no sense. One of the first things learned in investigation is that something is always left behind–there is even a name for it.

Like the attorneys’, I don’t think the cops were involved in her death, but who a better scapegoat than Avery. The persons she told about him knew this. Probably her ex who also knew her password. According to her cell phone records, someone would have had to delete messages after her death. And many times, as we all know, the perp inserts himself into the investigation.

Their only hope is to find out who really killed her.

Another thing not mentioned in the film, the bullet was linked to Avery’s gun via Ballistics tests
