I’ve recently caught up with series two of Hannibal, and what an enjoyable show. Mads Mikkelson is fantastic in the title role, a lot different than Hopkins’ Lecter, but just as good in his own way. The great Larry Fishburne as Jack Crawford is incredible too. As a bonus Gillian Anderson pops up occasionally in a small but crucial role as Hannibal’s therapist! Bring on season three. Other than classics like Twin Peaks and maybe Prime Suspect with Helen Mirren, this has probably become my favorite serial killer/crime drama show.

I love The Wire. A few months back, I watched all 5 seasons of The Wire in just over a week!

They got me itching for Walking Dead, they keep showing these special Walking Dead preview shows, and specials, and marathons of past seasons. Gonna be hard for the next 3 months until it comes back on

I tried watching Twin Peaks recently (the episodes are all online) and it was just too weird for me. David Lynch is a very odd director, LOL.

The theme music is awesome, though.

Yeah it is. I have the soundtrack somewhere. It’s one of those love it or hate it shows. I really only love the first season. It becomes indecipherable after a while, and after Laura Palmer’s murderer is revealed it felt almost pointless to watch.

Lynch is weird for the sake of being weird.

Been watching Orange is the New Black lately. Pretty good so far.

I’ve been watching "The Last Ship" on TNT. A couple plot holes here and there but otherwise pretty good.
