Entrapment.

There’s no such thing as entrapment. Or do you mean you watched the Sean Connory/Catherine Zeta Jones flick?

The only way that someone could be entrapped is for the police to literally put a gun in your hand and then squeeze your fingers on the trigger.

Like if a police officer asks if you want to buy drugs and you say yes, that’s not entrapment. Even though selling drugs is a bigger crime than buying drugs, and you didn’t even actually buy any drugs because police are not walking around with and giving away drugs. But you still go to jail, go figure.

BULLSHIT.

The Police take a 2015 Lamborghini or something into a low-income area where almost no one even OWNS a car, and they leave the keys in it and the engine running, and see if ANYONE tries to drive it.

And then arrest and imprison them for grand theft auto.

Oooh. That’s a tough one. Leave a Lamborghini parked with the keys in it, they’d probably have me. But, if a girl is lying there naked, is it ok to rape her? Even if the cops put her there? Weasly moves, but it might be a good deterrent for those in high car theft areas. "This car might be a trap…better not try to steal it"

yeah…dicey topic. I think we can agree that the show is pretty silly, or at least an oddly specific situation that I’m just not sure why they needed to make a show about.

Anybody watching Wayward Pines? Lots of twists, and story lines.

I’m watching ‘Pines, but I’m not sure how they are going to sustain this plot for ten episodes.

Anyone watching Aquarius with Agent Mulder hunting down Charlie Manson? Kind of a goofy show, but I figured it would be up our alley.

Is Pines only supposed to go for 1 season, 10 episodes? If so, that makes sense. I can’t see how they will do more than a season.

Sort of like American Crime. Each season will have the same cast, playing different people in a different story. True Detective is starting in June I think, a different cast every season working a different case. Although I like the cast in the new season(Vince Vaughn, Taylor Kitsch, Rachel McAdams)It’s more of a big city, modern day crime setting dealing with organized crime I think, vs the seedy underbelly of a show from last season with Matthew Mccoughaney (oops)& Woody Harrelson. I prefer the latter.

It looks like it’s about Ted Bundy and says it’s based on a True story

I know there is more than one book, which the show is based on. But I thought that Wayward Pines TV show was supposed to be a one shot limited series. Hm. I don’t know.

I’ve only seen the first episode of American Crime, but I really didn’t like it and didn’t continue. I don’t remember why, either the acting or the writing I didn’t think was good.

Watched all three episodes last night. It’s ok. Looks like they might be keeping "others" from getting in rather than those in getting out.

I too saw only 10 episodes. Fine by me. I get tired of getting hooked into TV shows then they cancel them without knowing WTF happened.
