Very easy answer to the OP: There are no such thing as psychics. Psychic "powers" are not real.

Well we can all go home now as Zodiac has come through from the Spirit World to have a chat with Psychic Medium Jorge Raul Olguin. Zodiac, in this exclusive interview, tells the World who he was, where he came from, and why it was that a legion of Law Officers failed to capture him when he was active.
You see, it transpires that I was wrong suspecting him to live in or around The Richmond District. In fact, he didn’t live in an Fran for that matter, nor even the State. Zodiac did not even call Planet Earth Home we learn in this ground breaking interview because Zodiac, ‘He’ claims, was an extra-terrestrial reptilian who, while we were all searching the Bay Area for Z, was residing in Nevada….At Area 51.
"My parents came in a ship and they were following to a ship of Anthea, the one that crashed in the place you know as Roswell." Zodiac reveals. He also reveals his Motive for the kill spree in this one on one with Zodiac, The Extra-Terrestrial. His Mother’s was killed when their space vehicle crashed into Earth at Roswell, New Mexico. Zodiac blamed Earthlings and vowed revenge. He was held at Area 51 for 18 years after the crash, escaping to seek his revenge.
I know what your all thinking, "When are the Authorities going to call the press conference to officially announce they have unearthed Zodiac’s identity?"
I’m on the phone as we speak to The Mayor of San Fran, in the mean time, here’s the article….

"So it’s sorta social. Demented and sad, but social, right?" Judd Nelson.
Good lordy. Please tell me that is someone’s attempt at humor.
They still come out of the woodwork 40 years later. Can you imagine what it must have been like back in ’69/’70?

Even more awesome with rainbows and sequins.
Psychics
From 2007 I see. Wonder what was happening that year that would make someone think, Zodiac, there’s a way to make money.
I am searching for a publisher for my non-fiction book based on the case entitled "Zodiac: The Mothman." In it I explain Zodiac was able to escape because as Don Fouke executed a hand-break turn in his cruiser as he spun 360 degrees, he got out, threw his hand grenade into the garden next to the white male before diving over the bonnet of his patrol car taking cover only to watch Zodiac calmly fly away over his head.
You would tell me if you think I’ve added a tad too much Hollywood to the incident wouldn’t you?
But in all seriousness, yes, probably was because the film was due out around then. Makes sense to them…."Movie coming out, serial Killer called ‘Zodiac’, how can I make some…..Ahhh, he called himself Zodiac because he came from the stars, Zeta Reticuli and flew light-years across the Universe because he had a compulsion to piss Dave Toschi off.
I know I know, best seller written all over it :-/

Jeanne Borgen was mentioned in Lyndon Lafferty’s book and I have a SF Chronicle article that mentions her relative to the Zodiac case as well. Let me figure out which article that was and see if it’s posted here. I’m pretty sure it’s posted at the old forum but not sure if it was transferred over to this one.
Coffee Time, the article I was thinking of was the article that you quoted on one of the Mr. X threads today. So, I’m afraid I won’t be of much help.
Perhaps you could contact Jeanne Borgen and ask her. She has a website and this is her contact page-

Looks more like an appointment-making service than a "contact me" page.
If the Toschi interview is correct, then the call came on the same day as the announcement on Rodriguez. If that’s the case, you’d think there’d be a connection, but Rodriguez isn’t mentioned in the Toschi article at all.
I’m a psychic, and that’s how I stumbled upon the Zodiac case. I didn’t really know what I was seeing, until I started researching the case. Then I thought, that’s it!
I know people are skeptical, and that’s very normal for anyone to be.
For what it’s worth, this is what I felt from the Zodiac Killer:

Maybe it will help someone investigating the case.
Let me just say, that people think psychics know everything, but it’s not true. If anyone knew everything, regardless of whatever gifts they have, what good would life be?
You’ll only see what’s meant for you to know. My psychic ability is mostly perception and I do have visions, that twinkle in and out. It depends on what I’m concentrating on. Mostly, I read Tarot. I have read for 20+ years. I’m 36 years old, and I started reading the Tarot at 14 years old, because I noticed I could make out pictures of what the Tarot was showing me. It’s like someone who can draw really well, and they show me their artwork. If I can make it out, then I know what I’m seeing.
And yes, I know I’ve been correct on cases, because there was a guy who drowned not far from me in a pond. He was old and demented, as he went missing. I told people he was in that pond. I just KNEW he was in that pond. Of course, I was laughed at. A year later, he was indeed found in that pond! All the police had to do, is look there! BUT they refused.
That’s just one out of several cases, that I have solved. I’m not really looking to solve the Zodiac Case. I’m just around to help those who are, more or less. I do have interest in the case, but feel it’s meant for someone else to solve it.
The above link, that I posted to what I’ve seen may not be allot of insight, but maybe someone can plug what insight I do have into a theory. Idk, but if I see anything else. I’ll update it there.

Personally, I don’t outright dismiss the possibility that psychics could be right in their predictions in some cases. But I have yet to see anything remotely convincing when it comes to establishing something like a foundation for this sort of thing.
I don’t know the details of your own prediction (the old man in the pond), but if you knew the terrain (so to speak), were aware of this pond, and aware of the man’s particulars, it would seem like a reasonable enough thing to – well – predict, or presume: Many people drown themselves, after all. To you, who believe in your own ability, it would naturally seem like a real, valid connection: You predict, or see (I don’t know precisely what shape it takes – a vision of some kind?) that the guy is in the pond – and right enough, that’s where he turns out to be. To a non-believer, however, there is no necessary connection: You simply happened to go with the right prediction – which isn’t remarkable in itself, depending on the precise circumstances.
Levi could you paste the stuff about zodiac here from the link you posted since we can’t see or read it without signing in?
