The latest in a long history of bogus claims about the identity of the Zodiac Killer. The Australian morning television show "Today" featured an interview with John Cameron about his claims. As usual, the reporters don’t make the slightest effort to verify any of his claims, which is how Gary Stewart (author of "The Most Dangerous Animal of All") was able to get so much attention for his similarly bogus "identification" of the Zodiac Killer.

Sounds like if he pulled all that off he would be the best murderer ever. EVER…ever….ever.
It’s beyond ridiculous and just goes to show guys like Cameron can experience borderline psychosis. After years of studying people like this and their m/o…they all start to look similar. Must be the same guy!

It’s amazing to me. And everyone just has to be constantly exposed to this b.s. because the media would rather have the ratings than go through the effort of fact checking, which would result in having to throw away a "good" story.

Scary that Cameron was a Detective. How can he really believe this crap? Also, the media does not care about the truth, they just want to get the attention from the word ‘Zodiac’ case in point, the Earl Van Best movie.

The Zodiac case was already solved by Robert Graysmith 30 years ago. It says so on his dust jacket.
The reporters don’t need to check the validity of the "evidence", they should know that it’s not "news" to report something that has already been reported. How can the Zodiac case be solved again if it was already solved fifteen times before? Or should I say Times 17.
